We are absolutely BLESSSED in Ireland with world famous produce. In every corner of our little island there are people growing, making, and crafting the most incredible food, from farmhouse cheese to kimchi, chocolate to chilli sauce. When we choose to support Irish food, it means backing local farmers and communities, cutting waste with shorter supply chains, and eating fresher, more nutritious food. It’s also about valuing Ireland’s unique food culture while doing our bit on the big stuff: climate change, biodiversity loss, and food security.
