WORKSHOP ROUND-UP 🧚‍♀️👒🎨 There is NOTHING I prefer more than getting a group of like-minded souls together to create and have fun - JUST YOU TRY COME FOR THAT CHATGBT!!! 🤖 We’ve had a simply stunning few weeks of workshops including;

A mending and darning workshop at Hugh Lane Gallery, attendees learned the basics in patching and Brough an item to repair. One gal even darned her New Balance runners - and if that isn’t slay, I have no interest

An up-cycling workshop with Trocaire at their National Volunteer event. Talk about a group of inspiring souls, everyone in attendance is doing their bit in making this work more fair and just. It was so lovely to see such a diverse group, young and old, getting lost into a little art.

Creativity zone at the Sports Ireland Her moves Festival that encourages more young women into sports. It’s been proven that the people who excel in sports happen to be very creative as sports involves a whole lot of creative thinking. Our station was a break-out quiet space for girls to exercise the creative side of their brains, each attendee designed a triangle of bunting which we sewed into a long string of bunting - gorgeous! Finally, The Rubbish Room, quite possible my favourite event we’ve ever run!! A colourful, hands-on explosion of creativity where kids built robots, rocket ships, wild inventions, and things we don’t even have names for using rubbish like bottle caps, old newspapers and fabric scraps
